Owner
Mike Olson is the owner of Blast House Studios LLC, along with the Madison Music Foundry LLC and 24/7 Rehearsal Studios LLC. Mike has been involved with music for most of his life starting his music experience playing in punk rock bands and organizing shows that have taken him throughout the country gaining a deep appreciation for the power of music and the community that surrounds it. In the fall of 2006 he made the leap into the entrepreneurial life and self employment as he opened the Madison Music Foundry. Now along with Blast House Studios and 24/7 Rehearsal Studios he works (pretty much everyday) to provide quality resources for musicians of all talents, ages and backgrounds with the resources needed to work their skills and perfect their craft.
Head Engineer
Landon is an award-winning Recording Engineer and Mixer in Madison, WI. His home base has been Blast House Studios where he's worked as the Head Engineer since 2009. Prior to Madison, he worked in New York at what was the largest studio on the east coast, working on sessions with many recognizable artists: David Gilmour and Roger Waters, Paul Simon, Wynton Marsalis, Trey Anastasio, Ice-T, Lloyd Banks, and others. With experience in all genres, his skill translates to groups ranging from rock, jazz, hip-hop, a cappella, gospel, country, folk, metal, and electronic.

Dustin Sisson is a seasoned sound engineer and producer who joined the Blast House team in 2009. Based in Madison, WI, he has recorded numerous local groups as well as national acts including 3 6 Mafia, Screeching Weasel, and Miles Nielsen. Dustin also teaches Recording Science at Madison Media Institute and coaches youth bands for Madison Music Foundry's Rock Workshop program. He is a personable and passionate craftsman who invests himself technically and artistically to make his clients' projects the best they can be.
